I know it means a communication error. But the problem is, I had bought brand new from a guy that wasn’t able to ride due to health issues. Anyway I had it a week and the front light’s cable came detatched(like snapped) after I fell off the bike and the handle twisted causing it to rip the cord out. But after this I rode back home all good. But after turning it back on It says error 30 and won’t do anything besides mess with stuff on the display. “Horn and throttle won’t work” I can’t contact support cause I don’t have any of the order details. And local bike shops haven’t been any help. Pls help me it cost way to much just to ride it for a week. Will sell for $600 or $500 though. Struggling rn last desperate attempt🙏

There way 'too much going on ' here.... For starters, if any real manufacturer contact info is available, there will be no 'Customer Support' .
Second. if the bike works meaning, the motor provides assist as it should, that's huge. Forget about the lack of the throttle unless, do
to your physical limitations, you absolutely need it.

As far as no horn, Buy a $12 bell. As far as no headlight, buy a handlebar mounted light and while your
at it buy a red rear tail light for safety. Then, Go out and ride : )

Good luck,
John
