E-Bike Suggestion

First of all its no problem for me riding an ebike with speeds of 28 mph (45 kmh) since I have a valid drivers license, and as far as I know, this, and a insurance is the only thing you need to legally ride this type of bikes.
I've already been looking for months, almost every day, but didn't find anything suitable. Therefore I'd be very thankful for any suggestions...

How naive you are, seriously, insurance is there for any poor sod you hit at that speed

No, it's the "report" button.

If reporting abusive members actually resulted in corrective action by admin, I'd totally agree with you. But I have no confidence that that's the case.

I still report more often than not just to feel better. At least the [Ignore] button gets these irritants out of my sight.

It seems that you are looking for an e-moped, e-motorcycle or e-scooter. There is nothing wrong with that and it is preferable to something with a fossil fuel burning engine, but you might have greater success if you change the subject of your search.
