Hi, so looking at the Website am I correct in thinking that the Crosstour is available now for purchase?

Q1: I see that Kindernay is not listed as an option, is that because there is currently no BeltDrive sprocket for it?

Q2-4: No option for larger front chainring (ie. belt sprocket)? I see this it is common on the belt drives to use rather small front sprockets, what 's the reason behind this? Simply the wide range of the IGH or is there some other reason?

Q5: I don't see any Fender options?

1. Crosstour is 170mm dropout , kindernays are only available for 148 and 197mm dropouts. Limited availability. We are making some 197mm dropout frames but they are 50-60 days away. If yo uorder one, please let me know and we can make that option available with kindernay :)
2-4. We use 60T front and 19T rear (or 20 if 19 clearance is close). Some trail bikes use smaller sprocket upfront to give them better climbing gear ratio. However with Rohloff (or kindernay when available), the 14 gears give you > 526% gear range. That is plenty with the 60/20 combination to do climbing, as well as going at high speed.
5. Fenders are standard - not on the official pics (we didnt have them when the pics were taken). Similar to Helios, fenders are included on the crosstour.

Please let me know if that helps.

There is also a 170mm Kindernay in the making, but no release date yet.

Good to know I would not want to go to 197mm. Looking at various bikes right now.
