Hey, before I short circuit or burn out my controller I thought I asked first.
The throttel that came with my kit has a clicky switch to turn the kit on and off. I took it apart and replaced it with a Key Switch, so no one could throttel the motor when the bike is parked.
The thing is... I also have a headlight and horn that go directly to my battery pack and have their own switches on the handle bar, but I would like to Disable them using the Key Switch (It would act as a genral switch).
My concern is that both the headlight and horn are using the same power source. Will it cause a short?
(A long time ago I had a cheap ebay PWM and I used the switch to turn on a LED light that used the same power source and it burned a copper tracer on the PCB... hence my concern above)
Also, there is an anoying delay when I throttel, wich make my wheelies unstable. Does anyone know how to mod the controller? (20A Controller)
