So, a 5" x 5" white PVD fence post sleeve (very hard to find, had to buy an 8-foot length), plus 2-5" x 5" PVC caps, spry painted black, attached to the KLICKfix mounting rack with locking mechanisms locked in place....put some hard foam at each end, then I riveted the end cap on the back end and just pressure fitted the front cap on the end behind the seat. The bottom line it's a test in progress and if all works well I'm gonna consider mounting my normal rack back to the top of the tube.
