Seat assembly wobbling on Azteca Trivel

No matter how much I tighten the seat assembly in the tube/bar that it goes into it will not remain tight. It will wobble a little to one side or the other depending on how you are sitting. Is there anyone out there that has had similar problems and found a solution? Thank you, Tom
