Modifying Kick Stand on Ness Icon or Rua, so it doesn’t, foul pedal crank.

Trivial but annoying the pedal crank fouls the kick stand when you back pedal. Simple but effective fix. Take kick stand off, put in up position. Drill a 3/32nd” pilot hole about 1/2”. Then drill 7/64th about a 1/4”. Using a #4-40x1/2” round head machine screw tighten it down all the way. In the down position, this knocks the kick stand back about 1/4”, enough to clear the pedal crank.
But since I’m the only one on this forum, maybe I’m the only one who bought a Ness bike? Its not a bad bike, except for non-existent customer support.
