I had originally cancelled my order and asked for a refund, but I've changed my mind and ordered two Hydras-one for me and one for my wife.14 months no bike. Did you order the Hydra?

14 months no bike.
When someone has almost $12,000.00 of my money
@RomeAlarming to me, I ordered a Wattwagon Hydra.
2021 February instead of the Yamaha ydx moro pro.
I texted Pushkar late half of May, replied back 2 days later said my bike will be shipped to Hawaii mid June.
Now I'm questioning myself why I ordered the Hydra .
I already have a class 3 Bulls bike that is barely 2 years and an aventon level.
Where's my Wattwagons Hydra @?^%#!?????
Understand that the paying consumer doesn't care about excuses, this is the fundamental crux of capitalism. People bring their money to those that deliver.Pushkar has been doing all he can to mange it and keep people informed of the repeating delays and price hikes, but this is out of its hands.
Good luck getting what you want at a LBS right now. The waits are long unless you want to settle and at these price points not everyone is willing to settle.Understand that the paying consumer doesn't care about excuses, this is the fundamental crux of capitalism. Again, all this avoided with an LBS. Oh yes, I support LBS's all the way, nothing wrong with that.
Lesson to the other readers: Don't put yourself into this bind!
That's not the point.Good luck getting what you want at a LBS right now.
Of course I do. You are a dangerous wild man when it comes to the law, not to mention someone who strangely continues to push an interpretation against his own interests. You think if you buy something on Amazon that says no refunds but they just never ship it, you are out of luck. Sorry, that is not how contract law works. What are you talking about? Deacon blues asked me to highlight where the no refund language came from. I am not anyone's bag man and it's not my problem if you or anyone else had reading comprehension issues. You don't get to claim they don't apply just because things went south.
I never saw that, as I never got access to any private forum. My Helios order was made in November 2020, and I paid about $8700. I had some initial exchanges with Pushkar, but later emails have been completely ignored.I highlighted the post for you regarding no refunds in the non-public founders forum.
You think that it works in the interest of remaining founders to suggest that people file chargebacks for something they are not entitled to? That is what I was responding to. Good luck with your law degree.Of course I do.
