I need some assistance. I have an Ultra with the upgraded controller that I bought from WW and I want to make an adjustment for the throttle response. I have a programing cable and downloaded the ( I think ) correct software program and cannot get my computer to recognize the com port to make the connection it repeatedly says "failure to connect" I swapped existing USB cables around and ALL the USB outlets are working. Using an HP with Windows 10, even tried on another HP computer with Windows 7 and still the same. Downloaded program from the web and even downloaded the basic settings program from Biktrix just to gain access to the system and will figure out my own personal settings that work for my riding style but still nothing.
It looks pretty simple watching videos on youtube.
Throttle response is slow to pick up and is pretty much useless I find myself riding and not using it. I figure the "upgrade" scaled back the power to save a bit on battery life but I have a 34.5ahr battery so Thats not an issue for me.
Here is a pick of the programing cable with the shrink tubing removed to see if there were any loose wires and it all looked fine.
Ideally what I want to do is access the throttle settings on my other bike with the BBSHD and use those same values on the new bike. Any help would be appreciated. I sent a message to Pushkar last week but have not heard any response. Thanks for listening.
