Yeah nah... GLWT
Yeah, I tried. I'll go on missing posts. I'm weak-willed. So ignore works for me. Not reading keeps me from making wasted responses. It's NOT a discussion. It's a diatribe littered with, well, BS. I'm seldom tempted to unignore. And when I have it's just reinforced my desire to not read the blather. My life missed nothing written in 32 posts.
I liked the discussion here until a few decided they need to correct and enlighten the unwashed.

Come on DavidRvR. Give it a rest. You’re convincing no one. I hate seeing someone pissing into the wind, it messes up shoes and legs. Let this thread get back on track. It’s really getting overbearing.

32 of your last 40 posts are you pushing your agenda. Most other forums would ask you to step back. Why not help someone sort an eBike issue.

Please?
My apologies. No agenda here but information.. I actually respond on other topics or at least try to.. Dont mistake passion for sarcasm... Its a mixture..

Wrong topic to do it here but I have or try in the others when I can.. Not as proficient as some on here.

Lunch is on me for anyone traveling to LAs Vegas... I would eat with anyone on this forum that agrees or not.. What fun is it if we all agreed? Guess it can get pretty frustrating when we dont for some..

On a side note.. 2 greats passed today

LAs Vegas
20 years of The Mirage was enough Las Vegas for a lifetime. I DO miss the food. Actually, that's about all I miss. But it was a great 20 years...

Most of my friends were on the opposite side of the political spectrum, but we learned to be friends and knew when to STFU.

A lot has changed.. Probably one of the most underrated food places in the world I think... Some very nice places here.. $90 Ribeye's now to eat at a nice place... Yeah some friends cool down before they lose their cool.. and wouldnt drop a friend over a discussion.. but some are petty... My grandpa and brother are like that.. I know the type.. I would never lose a friend over a discussion but thats me.. I am not that type..

And then obtundation? A pity, that. Try to re-open the shop, Tom. There is no mandate for mental lockdownerism.

I live where moss and lichens are a bit hard to grow. I kept it stored inside a shop when I lived where moss does grow.

While doing some cleaning, I found my extra stick on flames. The flames on the trailer have faded. I maintain that flames make things go faster.

One of the BIG advantages of having a teeny trailer is that I can park it where big RVs won't fit. That is a very good thing. People with vans can park in places I can't. It's the circle of RVs.

303 Aerospace Protectant

For all the plastic and rubber

Ceramic coat wax(not really a wax) is great on the outside.. will shine and make it slick... nothing will stick. Buy a good quality one.. its amazing stuff when put on.

In tacoma there´s a paint shop that did such a realistic flame job on a street rod that someone called
the fire dept.

Godzilla has been off busy in Zoom hearings to get parasitic tenants evicted in 🇺🇸 and get the money pumps unclogged. Let’s Go Brandon! getting more popular each day…

Y’all doing all this waxing romantic on a war criminal like Yamamoto. Seems he objected to everything but happily did it anyways and rejoiced afterwards. That makes him a whining war criminal I guess but does nothing for the millions of Koreans and Chinese killed by the army his fleet carried abroad and supported. Brought back Chinese to Tokyo for live vivisections and Korean women to staff the brothels - and wardrooms of his battleships. Attacked the American fleet at Pearl Harbor unprovoked and started a war that killed hundreds of thousands of American sailors soldiers and airmen. Tens of Millions of deaths directly attributable to the rape and pillage of Eastern Asia his naval campaigns facilitated. A litany of terror unrivaled in history. Navy Magic and American P-38s ended his life mid air with a .50 cal bullet to the head. Because of his actions nearly 4 million Japanese died in the War of The Pacific. 1 million yet to be found and repatriated. 800,000 Japanese women, children, and elderly died because of strategic bombing actions the Americans had to take to end the war. Still a few hundred of the walking wounded in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. A whole generation of very short Japanese stunted by starvation during the war. Millions and millions of Chinese dead in the Manchurian holocaust. Here’s a picture of the ammo factory used to build shells for his battleships. Hidden in deep brush in Central Tokyo they used Japanese children over 8 years old conscripted to 16 hours of labor each day. I see this on my bike ride in the park there.

Still remnants of Tojo and Yamamoto running around in Japan. Here’s their RV with hidden loudspeakers used to harangue foreigners, especially Chinese Koreans and other Asians and African peoples. It’s a diesel too.

Fortunately the vast majority of Japanese don’t find Yamamoto interesting at all.

@Stefan Mikes hope you’re making a backup plan too - certainly looks like spineless Joe won’t even support NATO.

That van is a little small for my taste but I agree with you.. he was an arrogant man who thought he could rule the world or at least be a big part of it.. Kinda like the leaders we have today.. Freedom isnt dead but if they awake the beast it will walk all over them.. all of them.

BIG SNIP
So that didn’t age well. And before anyone says the science changed, just ask yourself: Do you really believe that? This entire vaccine debacle is the result of intentional lies and propaganda.
This isn't a Covid thread. This is a thread on Climate Change.

Edit : This is almost 2,000 posts /with maybe 1000 on Climate & Energy/, the rest maybe off topic but not that off topic.
Covid is just one more thing we have to adapt to ..

Absolutely Last Edit : Covid may be a "whistling arrow" IDK, but there are the plagues, famines, and violence linked to all extinction events ... this time the fourth horseman of declining births and shorter lifespans is worldwide...a trend that showed up in animals first, now in humans...

This seems to be the trend that some dont see at all.. Strange when faced with reality everyone sees something different

Don’t take my word for it; take theirs:

  1. Joe Biden: “You’re Not Going To Get COVID If You Have These Vaccinations.”
  2. Tony Fauci: “You Become A Dead End To The Virus.”
  3. Rochelle Walensky: “Vaccinated People Do Not Carry The Virus — They Don’t Get Sick.”
  4. Alberta Bourla: “[O]ur COVID-19 vaccine was 100% effective in preventing #COVID19 cases in South Africa. 100%!”
  5. Bill Gates: “A key goal [of the vaccination program] is to stop transmission.”
  6. Rachel Maddow: “Now we know that the virus stops with every vaccinated person.”
  7. Francis Collins: “‘[R]eason to be pretty optimistic’ that the available COVID-19 vaccines will be effective against the new Omicron variant of the virus; All of the other variants that have emerged during this COVID-19 pandemic have shown response to the vaccine, including Delta
  8. Brian Stelter: “The newspaper [USA Today] describes ‘America’s fourth Covid-19 surge,’ noting this ‘didn’t have to happen,’ since vaccinations are so widely available. The headlines are followed by a call to action: ‘Let’s end it now.’”
9, Honorable Mention, any of your obnoxious friends or family members: “You’re an anti-vaxxer. The vaccines are safe. They work. I’m doing my part. I’m better than you. You’re unsafe to be around. Just do your part. You’re selfish. Trust the science. Do you know more science than Fauci? Trump wahhhhhhhh!”

So that didn’t age well. And before anyone says the science changed, just ask yourself: Do you really believe that? This entire vaccine debacle is the result of intentional lies and propaganda.
I am not better than anyone else, I have all my shots and mask most of the time, People around me are dropping around me way above average,I haven't so much as had a sniffle since I have been practicing protocol. I really do not want to spend my last days hooked to a ventilator,I just had a cousin who died of covid, they took Her off the ventilator today , you want to hear BS, listen to this BS blog about how bad the vaccinations are( sorry I do not have a link) A very few deaths out of 137 million vaccinations doesn't seem like bad odds to me, suit yourself.
One thing People of this anti-vaxxer group do not realize is this, they have done the legwork for the people that wish to get rid of them, the next plague will be tailored for the group that is defiant. You have been warned.

A new solid state battery company…an overview of the tech
Oh, definitely, if they use the ploymers. These are the people you give hundreds of millions to.

...the liquid electrolyte used in Li-ion batteries is replaced with something solid, like a high tech ceramic or a ploymer.
