Elby is handsome, but for 3800 US not sure I see the value. Interesting the guy that owns Santa Anita race track is the founder of Elby...

Our charger is UL-certified, and our BMS is very close to getting the UL certification. Once the pack gets UL-certification, we will proceed with the final production.
We do have a demo model with production-ready specs. Please see this post.

Bosch is quite generous with their product warranty. The end-user experience depends on what kind of dealer they are working with.
We have seen multiple instances of Bosch replacing a motor out of warranty, and the reason they want to take back the old motor is to analyze what kinds of failures are happening on the field and how to improve in their future iterations. For example, the water ingress in Gen-2 motors has been resolved for Gen-4 systems.

Flyer Cruiser Step-thru. This is the US Radio Flyer brand, not to be confused with the Swiss Flyer ebike brand. Unlike many budget brands, Flyer test their batteries to meet the UL 2271 lithium battery standard. The bottom of the battery cradle has a small compartment for hiding an AirTag tracker.

Wisper also sell a hub motor version of this bike that is more like the Espin Flow. They’re not from the same factory though because Wisper’s frames are made in Portugal.

Vela 2 Low Step, the 2nd generation for this single speed Class 1 model with a Bafang 36v hub motor, cadence PAS sensor, and a 'boost button' that works while pedaling similar to a Van Moof. Available in two frame & wheel sizes (26" on the small, 28" on the large), weighing between 42-49lb depending on the size, five colors, and a diamond frame option. The removeable 378wh battery is in a tube in the seatpost with an insert with the saddle affixed on top requiring you to request from them a custom length seatpost. BRAIN report the Vela brand are partnering with Detroit Bikes to have the steel frames made in the USA.
