How complicated is ST7 assembly ?
It looks like bike might be almost completely assembled.
Is it just straighten the handlebars , check tire pressures, adjust seat height and you are good to go??
What exactly needs to be done?
Thanks

Get a quality torque wrench to check all fasteners. Hopefully you can obtain specs from Stromer. You can get component specs here: https://biketorquespecifications.com/ The site is extremely helpful.

Check the brakes and brake fluid. If you hear rubbing, or feel pulsating while stopping, the rotors could be out of true. Something that can happen during shipping.

Check wheel true; a general check can be easy. This is not reliable for truing the rim, it's only good enough to see if the rims are roughly straight and true. Check the spokes to see if any are loose.

These are the kind of things a bike mechanic will do for any new bike. They perform these checks so frequently; it takes little time. The checks keep you, and the bike safe.

Congratulations on the new bike!
