Spectre/ Specre (Chinese) Ebike, Owner's Manual makes it a 4Q 2016. Need Parts!
My buddy asked me for help with his Stepdaughters ebike, after an attempted theft or Vandalism.
I am not finding a brand other than decals that the larger frame rail says Spectre and the smaller ones on the forks and rear suspension say Specre. the information from the owner's manual is no good, stating the Bike is a Specter CRP-003usd. Phone Number is either wrong or got picked up by another company. the web address is no good as well. it is a mid-drive, 24v 350w, but the motor is unbranded as far as I can tell. there is a free-floating metal support arm that was attached to the motor housing that is completely ripped off the housing. the derailer assemble is crushed and its axel supported with a bracket mounted to rear frame (not like any bike I have never seen).
When they first got the bike, I had to substitute the handlebars as the ones that came with it were bent and rusted threw. I used a regular bike one off my own bike.
This Bike is Important to his Stepdaughter.
