Specialized Vado 4.0

3 week old Vado 4.0 lost the Sports assist mode. Eco and Turbo work fine. Sport mode requires pedaling without any assist or motor hum.

Naturally I assume you've had to turn the bike off within the 3 weeks you've had your new bike. As such, I would say that the best option is your LBS.

yes. Took it to the dealer who ran diagnostics.
All checked out as normal. Have submitted a warranty claim to Specialized. We’ll see what they say.
