even if the maths isn't exact - stands to reason they will get through more than a 40nm SL.

Actually, Sandy, I’m not sure about my “maths” either. I know the power ratings from one of these Avinox motors is about 1500W (which, at ~2HP is nowhere near a car’s engine). But you were (correctly) talking about torque, and that is not the same thing. It’s been a very long time since I studied Physics, but 150N-m is a little over 110lb-ft, and that’s a lot of twist (and comparable to some light-duty vehicles).

So, now that I’ve muddied things up right and proper, I still violently agree with you!
