Specialized turbo Levo 2020

Hello all, I Got problems with my Levo, it Wont allways turn on, TODAY I Got this error message. (See clip) but it turned on earlier today

I cant figure out if its the power cable or motor or battery issues. First Press i get red, second i get 3 blue.green LED Down by batteri turns on

The horizontal red bar indicates that an error exists and is usually accompanied by one or more blue horizontal lines that specify the error.
These should be listed in your Levo User Manual (the page in my Levo SL manual is shown below).
The three blue lights forming a circle just indicate the power settings of Eco, Trail, or Turbo.

The most common issue is that the TCU coin battery is low. Yours is likely low if it hasn't ever been replaced.
I'd replace it first thing if you're unable to diagnose the exact problem.

I finally got a battery and changed the it but I still get red flashing, and yes I installed it correctly rarely i get the 3 blue flashing if I push the button many times, I have had issues with it not turning on because I had washed it with a hose.
