Yeah, I didn't secure a bag properly a couple weeks ago. Had to cut it out of the wheel, then use pliers to get the shirt out of the brakes. Of course it happened the week after I put a new rotor and new pads on. Still trying to get the rotor straightened out ..

Ouch! That is a nice looking bike you have there and it looks like new. But I thought Haibike had pulled out of North America years ago?

Thanks Steve. It's a 2019 model bought in 2020. Lots of scuffs and scrapes on it after years of commuting and occasional trail rides.

Some pictures that are local to me after Hurricane Milton. These are just from my phone.

Found in that puddle. There is a river a mile up and no real lakes around.

The one above: The trail is on the left. The power plant road on the right. I used the power plant road to cut to the trail when the fence stopped me. I have video of the trail going forward from there, just no screen grabs. It was a mess. For reference, I do not know the riders in the picture. They just gave me the idea to use the side road.

A wash out that is actually far deeper than what is shown.

Road Ducks. The ducks were swimming on the road.

In all honesty, this was a really bad hurricane. Being in Central Florida, it was not as bad as the west coast that was still recovering from Hurricane Helene, and all the torando's that hit the south part of Florida. We were hit with some of the worst winds in a long time, only because of the angle and the fact that the hurricane did not turn into a tropical storm when it hit land and cut across Florida, like usual.

And in my honesty, Florida is used to hurricanes and what happened with Hurricane Helene in North Carolina is so unfathomable I still am incredulous.

The pictures here are just local to me and still a small part of what I saw. There is far worse that has happened in the last 3 weeks, so please keep them in mind and help anyway you can, if you can.
