Welcome to the forum!

I love riding the paved dune trails at Cape Cod National Seashore. The Sea to Shining Sea Trail and the Cape Cod Canal trails are also great rides.

The old Chevy pickup I posted 2 days ago is still around the neighborhood. More views:

My brother-in-law's fully restored vintage 1970 Honda CB450 K1. It took him the length of his marriage to get it to this final stage. As with all vehicles in Japan, motorcycles are also subject to mandatory inspections (Shaken) every two years ensuring that they are properly maintained and safe to drive. I think most Japanese would be shocked to see the state of used cars on the roads here in Canada.

Oceanside Harbor's been the turnaround for many a daytime Coast Highway ride north, some posted previously. Here's a nighttime car trip to see the harbor's annual Parade of Lights put on by the city and dozens of light-crazed boaters of all kinds. Lots of folks out on lighted bikes, too.

Parking around the harbor was nuts, so this is as close as we got to the boat parade. Decent vantage with 12x36 binocs, though. Best shots I could get with the phone's telephoto camera still unwilling to focus.

As good as the parade were the lighted trees leading to the harbor. Hats off to Oceanside for a truly stunning display.

I watched a video about Californias 'wild west' coast, bit long, but interesting interviews with the locals.
I never knew this place existed.
I have no idea if hes presenting a realistic depiction of the area.

Air inversion layer- dark and foggy in the valley's and beautiful sunshine above 3500'

I rode my TwoSeven powered bike to the top, because it has not been used in a couple of months. My Yamaha Moro 07 has been getting all the rides.

Observations:

1) The DM01 is WAY overpowered for this bike!
2) The Yamahas Rock Shock fork is WONDERFUL compared to the fork on this bike!
3) The DM01 at lower assist levels is quieter than the Yamaha motor!
4) My DM01 is gaining more freeplay movement at the crank gear, I tossed the chain 2 times on this ride. It is going to need addressed in some way.

When I'm on the dunes with the drone, literally 300yds over the hill is the school where the Southport killer of the three young girls was
expelled from for bringing knives into the classroom.
It's absolute whitesville here, he was quite possibly the only African kid in the school.
I'm no expert, but a troubled kid isn't going to find it easy to integrate after being moved all the way from Wales.
They've just given him 52 years in jail
