Radmission - where is Petal Assist System magnet ring and sensor?

is this article representative of the Radmission high step Pedal Assist System

Because Im not finding the magnet ring and PAS sensor.

The lights on the LED Display seem to be fine but throttle does nothing.
The brakes need some tuning could that be stopping the throttle from working?

Thanks for any advice
Here is some info from RAD.
The throttle is a separate set of wires to the controller so it is independent from the PAS system. If there is no pedal assist and no throttle input to the motor it is probably a controller problem.

If its a controller problem any advice what to do next. Communication with people that I tried to hire to help isnt going so well.

Curious: who did you try to hire to help? You need to find the problem before doing anything. Not saying this is it, but since you mentioned the brakes, depending on how they are out of tune, yeah, that could be it. There is a switch in the brake levers that cuts power to the motor. If one of those switches is closed the throttle won't work.

To expand on that just a bit, troubleshooting both of those switches (one in each brake lever assembly) is pretty easy. All that is required is for you to unplug the electrical connection between each brake lever and the main harness. If the system works with the brake wires disconnected, you've found your problem!

Have you gone over all of the bike's electrical connections to make absolutely sure all are fully plugged in together?

Smarter move is to actually test the brake switch with a multimeter on continuity setting. Eliminating it as a problem. Different systems and firmware can affect the symptoms.
