I've ordered both of my Suntour NCX SP-12 from eBay for around the same price with zero issues. One came with a cover and I had to order a cover for the other.
The only question I wasn't 100% sure of was which spring I received with my order. SR Suntour website shows a blue spring for riders of 140lbs or less and red spring for 180lbs or more. Both of my Suntours came with gray springs. I did check the box for the heavy duty springs at time of order on eBay. Zero issues of "bottoming out" road/trail riding with the Suntour at +280lbs (I still lift off the seat out of habit on rough terrain).
Both the 350mm and 400mm seatpost use the same size spring for both. The 400mm seatpost just has a long plastic plug used to take up the extra space with the longer 50mm of seatpost.

Need a hex tool to dial in the stiffness you want with the metal plug from inside the bottom of the seatpost.
