Hello, all! Brand new ET Cycle F720 - first ride and the pedal assist cut out after 2 or 3 seconds, and i cannot get it back, even with throttle; nothing obvious (double checked all electrical connections, all other electrics work fine, battery fully charged).
Looking through this forum, i suspect it may be the disc brake cutoff, but i am completely unfamiliar with that mechanism and how to fix it (if that is indeed the issue). Brake light is constantly on when bike powered up, which may be significant...
Any ideas, guidance? Huge thanks in advance - happy with the bike build and quality otherwise; but it's pretty sluggish without pedal assist!
(By the way, amazingly the shop went out of business and disappeared between delivery of the bike and my seeking their support.)
