Pedal Assist Motor Noise

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and I hope I am in the right place. Recently, my e-bike controller stopped working, and I purchased a new one from Amazon along with a pedal assist sensor since the failure was due to a short circuit from the pedal assist sensor. I have managed to connect them, but when I try to pedal my bike, I hear a weird noise, and the power output is inadequate. Here is a video:

Do you Guys have any idea what might be the issue?

If I connect the intelligent wires than the motor runs automatically with the power on button,and doesn't make any noise:

Off hand, I'd say your motor's not phased right.
