Due to my immense weight of 200 pounds I believe the suspension in the front of my bike is not strong enough and there is no provision to adjust it. I believe it is suspension related. If you see the photos, I put an arrow by the forks showing that there is just a cap on top. Does anybody else out there encounter similar issue and do you have a solution? Is a fork change out a big job thank you in advance for any comments.

200lbs? not immense :) the problem here is customer support, what do they have to say? I would start there. if they have no solution unfortunately your on your own. what is the purpose of that top cap? hard to tell by your photo, air valve underneath or does it turn to increase pre-load? show me a close up of that. possibly you have some type of adjustment there to adjust for rider weight. TrekCraze? a Trek knockoff I suppose. hope we can solve your problem.

Remove the cap and if there is an air valve there increase the pressure. It may take a special pump with a straight nozzle. Mine would need about 100 psi.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that that front suspension fork is a spring fork and not an air fork. Make sure that the headset isn't loose. Park tools has videos that can help

I was thinking headset, too.

@ramrezz425 : Stand by the bike, hands on bars, front brake locked, and push the bars forward and back several times. If you feel slop, your headset could be a contributor.

More than one Abound reviewer reported that the steering was wobbly with 100 pounds on the rear rack. I figured they didn't have adequate tire pressure. The first time I hauled a load, mine wobbled dangerously. I thought the frame was flexing. Then I remembered tire pressure. I inflated them to the max on the sidewalls and it handled nicely.
