My last road bike was a reviewers. Got a great price on it because he didn't care since he didn't pay for it.

No doubt. I'm not saying it never happens, just that this guy got a loaner, not a give-away, from Juiced. It's the only example I know of involving Juiced Bikes. Thought I'd share it.

Though Tora will be sending them to media, which often means cash or in kind payments, or not. Hard to know unless they disclose.
I hope it succeeds just so it can build more momentum for the actually useful bikes like the CCS
. Though this would be fun to rent and kick around.

The Scrambler looks like it would be a lot of fun to ride in the Croatan National Forest near where I live. The forestry/logging roads are extensive, and there are paths you could get on also (not MTB paths, just paths.) I wouldn't care to ride my CCS on any of it, but the Scrambler looks custom-made for that kind of riding.

If you swapped out your tires, you could do light MTB on the CCS, no? Especially, if as I surmise, the future CCS will have wider rims and tire clearance.

IG closes early July, and delivery mid to late fall. I'd say arrival by (Orthodox*?) Christmas, probably. Last day of fall is Dec 21.

If you expect customers to go aftermarket to make it look how it should've from the beginning, then you're throwing away potential customers who will buy something else even if it's less powerful (which they may not understand, given the novelty of electric bikes).
Juiced could appeal to more people if it spent a few more dollars on polish IMO. Will probably happen anyway once it's volume multiplies.

Premium looking bikes can command a premium, but don't need to necessarily spend much more on parts.
Maybe Tora is operating from a very limited set of parts, given his manufacturer, so he doesn't have the design finesse implemented like say, Vintage Electric.

That would be awesome. I believe, from comments that Tora has made about backwards compatibility, that it would be, but can't be certain yet.

It looks like you can get the same battery on the non hyper variations but no mention of cross compatibility
I've seen people ask about battery compatibility in a couple other places and it sounds like the batteries are mostly compatible. I picked one up for $1k partly because I was on the fence about buying a spare battery anyway. The specs are as good on the $1k City and Camp Scrambler as Lithium Cycles $2200 Super 73.
