I found Yamaha’s website displaying the 2021 Model Year Collection. I know the CE was launched August 2020. The PW-X2 and the ST in July 2019. And the TE in June 2018. The only motor (that I know of) being sold in the USA is the PW-X2 to Haibike and Giant. And, it is found in Yamaha’s YDX-Moro mountain bikes.
The only NEW motor that supports a 28mph cadence is the PW-X2 45. Does anyone know if Yamaha is planning on updating the Civante with this motor in the future? The higher (120) cadence support would be perfect for the Civante. Giant uses the PW-X2 on their new 2021 Road E+Pro.
And, since the new ST motor is the only other motor with at least 70nm torque support, will the other bikes be upgraded with the ST motor? Does anyone know why Yamaha didn’t launch the Wabash with the new ST motor?

Thanks, in advance, for your thoughts.
