I have always felt that I would buy two bikes. One fast road bike. Another full suspension. I would put more money into one, than the other. I do not think you can satisfaction from just one do-everything bike.
The super fast bike you showed me seemed the closest to perfection. top speed for the roads, torque for the mountains, and full suspension to top off the deal.

Right now, I will not ride in the park. That lion is so damn big. I did not realize how heavy that cat is until I cut the track from the mud. After cleaning out the debris from the mud, the sheer size of that animal really stunned me. It just did not seem quite so big in the woods. Everyone said that is a huge lion. The 4.5 inch paws are big. What really struck me was how deep the prints went into the mud. the ground was very dry.
Yes. I've been in a cage with a liger. it takes one nudge to realize the true mass behind that soft fur coat

My first eBike will be a hardtail. Unless I find something better, I think the One,15 hardtail is best for me. I am just going to stay away from that damn lion.
nice thing about a direct hub motor is how quiet it is. also, do you think the electronics would degrade if you took the hardtail on the trails?

The weakest part of the system is the controller. Some controllers are in the rear hub, which adds about 5 pounds to the wheel. Some controllers are located in the frame. I do not know the tolerances. Jumping is probably a bad idea without a rear suspension . I would want to know the location and how securely mounted the controller is.

The companies warranty the parts for one year. They must be very secure. I guess you are safe if you do not abuse the bike. I do not like to take chances. The downhill bikes are most rugged.

So it sounds like you could go with either the M1 Spitzing or the Grace? I am OK spending $4-6K. I need very good justifications over $6K. I think the M1 is worth the money, if you can actually take advantage of the features. I just have a hard time imagining myself going 45mph. 45 is damn fast!

I wonder if the speedy bike is worth the extra price. or if the stealth is. they would be better in the trails.

I agree. I'm just worried about the acceleration

If you have the balls to peg the bike at 45 most of the time, it is worth it. I am too chicken. I get worried over 25mph. I do not enjoy the high speed too much any more. Too many accidents that messed me up.

You will always get sluggish acceleration with 48V. You need 60V to 76V for acceleration. The battery is another issue. I think they choose high capacity/less power chemistry. If you want performance NMC is the best choice.

Do you think that the stealth or grace runs over 48 volts

If I remeber correctly all are 36 or 48V. I do not recall seeing 76V, except on HPC.
Alright. so let's look at this.
M1: Fastest top speed
Most torque
Longest range
Grace: pinion drive
stealth: fastest acceleration
most solid

what do you think? anything else to add on?

the purpose for the M1 seems to be all around. the grace seems for road. and the stealth seems for off-road
Grace purpose is transportation (commute). Judging by purpose you want 3 bikes. I can live with just transportation. I am staying off the trails until I get bored.
