Ncm Moscow plus throttle

Motor is X15R11A.

Here's my observations/rules of thumb regarding range for what they're worth.
1. To propel someone my size at 20-25 Km/h with no pedalling takes about 20 Wh/Km. I have verified this on a small scooter I have which is equipped with a Cycle Analyst.
2. On my Amego Infinite, I believe with a reasonable level of pedaling at the same speeds, I am contributing about 50% of the effort. Therefore I burn about 10 Wh/Km of battery power.
3. With my 16Ah battery (16 x 50 = 800 Wh), I believe I can get about 80Km or a bit more. I actually have a 2nd 13Ah spare battery with the intention of taking it with me if I am planning a long trip. With both packs I estímate my range as 145Km. However, I find that while the bike may be able to do close to 150Km, my rear end cannot!
4. For your 21Ah (21 x 50 = 1050 Wh), I would estimate a range of 105Km or a bit more under the same conditions.

As I say, for what it's worth.
Great info, thanks a lot! With my stock battery 36v 13ah, 470Wh,i have 60km maximum range with a full charge and I always use power mode because the area where I live has a lot of big hills. I think 100km range per charge will be more than enaugh with the new battery for a long trip and at any time i can change the power mode to normal or eco, and the range will increase significantly. The only thing that bothers me about the Das Kit L6 display is that you don't have the shortcut on the main screen to change modes much faster from eco to sport, you have to enter the code to enter the menu to do that :(. At Bosh display you have this option in the main menu.

I just bought o new battery from aliexpress for my ebike CRZ SRACE(the same like the ncm moscow), 36v 250w,Das-kit L6, X15R motor. In January I created a post about my bike.I've already upgraded the stock freewheel 21 speed, 14-28T to a 11-34T. So the new battery it's a 48v 21ah and i think it has 1000Wh, and the old one 36v 13ah 470Wh. I'm very curious what will be the top speed and the maximum range with the 48v battery. With the stock battery the top speed on hot weather is 33.8km/h and 60km maximum range with a full charge.
I hope your battery doesn't develop any problems, I have the same battery from the same seller. Shortly after using it the battery cuts out at 50v.
Spent weeks trying to get replacement/ refund. seller refuses, wants me to send battery to them , which would cost me over £150.

I paid for the battery on Monday last week but it's still in processing, they didn't send it to me yet.The battery is 48v 21Ah, and this is the link: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000156064822.html?
Order time: 10:39 Mar. 08 2021,
Awaiting Shipment
Will be shipped within: 1 days 22 hours 13 minutes
If i want i can cancel the order.

Tonight i just received the new battery 48v 21ah, it took only two weeks to arrive. I put it on the bike and it fits perfectly, I also checked the charger and made a short trip. The maximum throttle speed with a half battery was 39km/h. I'm very happy!!The battery is a little heavier and a little wider than the older. Now i have more torque too and i think the maximum speed with a full battery will be 45km/h.I noticed that is not necessarily need to change the menu from 36v to 48v,(can anyone else confirm this to me? i have the same speed). I'll do another ride tomorrow but much longer with a full battery and i'll come back with a new update. :D

Hi everyone,I’m new here. A few months ago I bought this e-bike: http://www.vg-bikes.fr/productdetail/vg-by-voltagreen-crz-srace#section-specs, 36v 250w,Das-kit L6, the same ebike like the Ncm moscow. I used the code 8088 to derestrict and now the maximum speed pedal assisted and throttle is 33.8km/h(on hot weather).I have read somewhere that the motor is actually a 500w one because otherwise I can't explain why it has 55Nm.It can be true? On the motor it is written: X15R 11AH1449. The controller that it has now is: CT5 - i5. Also I’ve changed the stock speed cassette which was a 7speed 14-28T with a new one 11-34T from aliexpress.

I have some questions: 1)The battery is a Panasonic 468W 36v 13Ah. If I buy a new battery with higher voltage and more Ah, for example 48v 20Ah, i have to change also the controller which I have it(CT5-i5)?

2)If I change the controller with a new one with more Amps I have to change the display too? The display is L6 C300S(Das-kit L6).

For the moment I’ll keep the stock battery and I would like to buy another controller like that I have it(to have a backup just in case it breaks),and I found much more cheaper on aliexpress.Could someone tell me please what controller exactly have to buy from there?Maybe someone can give me a link from aliexpress with the right controller that I have to buy it.

3) In the near future I’m thinking to buy a new battery with 48v 20Ah and I need someone to give me a link with the ideal controller for that battery.

Best regards,

That's awesome, thanks for the update.
So your controller has 36V and 48V modes? I'd personally switch it to 48V if you have the option?

Did you speed/acceleration increase? You didn't post your previous spec or anything so not sure if improvement was dramatic 😅
Yes, that's correct, my display it's an L6 and i have the option to chose between 36 and 48v. This was my first posting in the forum, i put also some photos and you can check on the page 17:Reposting "

Now with the new battery the torque also doubled, it accelerates much faster than before, which matters a lot when you leave the traffic light. Later i'll do a test road a little longer, last night i did just a little test because it was already very late and it was raining. My motor it's an x15R the same like the Amigo model:" The Amego Infinite / Amego Elevate for example, uses Das-Kit X15R (80Nm of torque)". I would like to know exactly how many Nm (torque) takes out my motor with the 48v 21Ah battery now has. :D

I have the same battery on my Moscow 27.5 250w 55nm. You will get a much better range than your old battery. There wont be much,if any, increase in speed as the voltage is the same.

Say hello to my little tank!! :D I made a 27 minutes short trip with the new 48v battery and the conclusions are: Maximum throttle speed is 44.4km/h
Maximum speed for each pedal assist mode:
Level 1) 21.3km/h
2) 25.4km/h
3) 29.5km/h
4) 34km/h
5) 38 - 39km/h
6) 45km/h

The battery it is a little bit wider 1.7cm than the old one but I don't mind this, and the controller remains very cold.I also installed new fenders and a security alarm. :)

Quick update! Yesterday the battery wasn't fully charged and today i made another trip, after 1h and 59 min time and 40.4km distance, only one bar decreased to the battery and still left 5 bars. The top speed was 45.7km/h and the average speed was around 32 km/h. For a few km I went with over 40km/h. I always use power mode and I think the maximum range could be around 150km. :)I can now say that my little pony can pee on the Stromer ST5 which costs over 10k €. ST5technical data: "Huge Power
A 850W rear hub motor delivers a huge 48Nm of Torque" ,really?? That's a bad joke in my opinion. I paid 1100€ for the bike and 416€ for the second battery and now i have a super ebike.

Does anyone know what Planetary Gears clutches it needs for a das-kit X15R motor? I want to have a spare in case they break down on my motor.

Does anyone know if this bafang wheel would be compatible with the NCM Moscow?

It looks like the correct style of motor and the same 9-pin connector.

Many thanks and Happy Easter,
George

Guys I need some urgent advice. Would a 29inch Moscow wheel be able to replace at 27.5inch wheel?
I’m going to look at a wheel in 2 hours - some quick advice would be great on this.
Cheers

I just found this information:
MOTOR BRAND:
Das-Kit X15R
MOTOR TYPE:
Rear-Mounted Geared Hub
MOTOR NOMINAL OUTPUT:
500 watts
MOTOR TORQUE:
80 Newton meters

So considering that my kit is an Das-kit X15R, the controller CT5-i5 15A, the new battery is a 48V 21Ah and the top speed reached was 45.7km/h, i am very curious to know approximately what is the maximum torque Nm that my ebike takes out. Maybe someone has an idea, i would be grateful. :D

Hi Guys, Just fitted the Das Kit off road kit with throttle from Leon cycle here in Australia to my Moscow Plus install took a whole of about 15 minutes and used code 8088 to adjust settings and went for a first ride yesterday, was able to get about 32km/hr on throttle alone and about 40km/hr on #6 assist on power mode.
No more assist cutting off at 25km/hr and throttle take off at the lights on high gear is awesome.
My question is being an Australian 250w model what gains will be possible going to the 500w motor ? Or to upgrade the battery to higher amp hour which I presume will only give more range not speed.

Your “250 W” motor is already capable of putting out over 700 W ( 15a controller x 48v battery =720 W ) , its badged 250w for compliance .

Upgrading to a slightly higher voltage battery would give you more power ( so more speed potentially ) but the motor itself will have a physical upper speed limit based on its max rpm rather than its power .
