MI/KM Setting on Display - Metric Users?

My wife has her display set for KMH and while her speed is metric is correct the distance on the ODO or Trip is actually showing miles but with Km's after the number

We did a test this morning on a set route. Her display read 2.7 KM and the trip on my motorcycle was 4.3 KM. Clearly her display is calculating in miles despite being set for km. 2.7 miles = 4.3 km.

Any other metric users experience this? (Canada?)

Yep weird indeed, I sent an email to the Pedego mothership.

Well this will come as no surprise to other Pedego Owners......I received an email from tech support moments ago. I was told that this unusual issue is likely a software glitch in the display and they'll send me a new one. My wife is thrilled.

I wonder if Pedego could offer their services to others in the private sector on how Customer Support is supposed to function.....well done!

Now if they just offered the Ridge Rider in a larger frame.

They are GREAT, I had a minor issue with my Interceptor and I was inundated with calls from my dealer and customer support staff both in the US and Canada.
