I'm 6-foot-5... looking at e-bike in $1500-2000 range

Hi guys,

New here. Not many e-bikes in stores at this point to test drive.

I'm 6-foot-5 (225 pounds) and looking for a comfortable e-bike for just cruising around. Comfort is the key.

I've read some good things on the Ariel Rider Class C.

Would I fit on that? Any other suggestions for tall riders?

Really appreciate the input.

The Class C Ariel looks good to me too. The bike that comes to mind to me though, when somebody says comfortable, is the Magnum Cruiser. The pedal forward design lets you get proper leg extension while allowing flat footed contact with the ground, plus it's easier to swing your leg over.

I know Ariel claims their bike fits riders up to 6'10", but if you look at the actual size of the frame, it is only 17.6". If you walked into a bike shop, that is considered a medium frame. The handlebars are not going to be as upright as you may think because the saddle is going to be much higher than what they have pictured on their site.

I don't know what bikes come in different sizes and also meets your requirements for comfort and price. Maybe the Aventon Pace 500?

yeah, I am interested in this post and any suggestions as I am 6' 1" 185 lbs but my inseam is 35" (barefoot (ground to crotch)), so I am looking for large/X-large frame size electric bikes (20 to 22").

I am going with the Rattan 20" mini-bike (buying a longer LT Thudbuster seatpost to go with it), but Ecotric Hammer and Bison seem like
nice size bikes.

I just bought ,assembled ,and thenSold an aerial C-class. Extremely high-quality bike, beautiful, I found that it was too big for me ....I am 5’7”with back issues. I think that someone who is 6‘5“ tall would be very pleased with an ariel rider C class! Also very powerful, good for someone over 200 pounds
