Hi, I'm John living in San Diego. I have ordered the Priority Current bike (black) via Costco Next. Seems like good deal. I ordered last Thursday, and the bike is supposed to arrive this coming Thursday. Not a bad turn around. I used to ride a lot as a young man but that was a long time ago. Now honestly, I am freaking out about charge levels and flat tires without having ridden even one mile :). Any advice on tube patching, portable air pumps, the use of tire armour etc ... would be appreciated. Insurance is also a concern, along with locks and ... I need to remind myself about the fun I am going to have.

Welcome, It is sort of like being a new prospective first-time parent vs having your third. If worrying helped, I would do it more often! Tire liners are a great idea. On commuter bikes I will often do liners with Stans.

You can use this with tube and armour? How is there room for air?
This is what one brand of tire liner looks like. They do not weigh much and can be installed without removing the wheel. Use some baby powder from the dollar store as a dry lube and make sure they are tucked in without a kink and are finger pinched to the center of the tire. Use scissors to cut off extra overlap. The tube should be slightly inflated. Get the correct width size for your bike. The generics work well.

I hope my child makes me proud. Stans?
Stan's is a liquid sealant. It stays liquid for quite a few months inside your tire. If you have tubeless ready tires, you ditch the tube and put 2 - 3 ozs of sealant in the tire.
If you get a puncture the liquid finds the hole and seals it (if it's not a huge gash).
I got 3 flats before I switched to it. No flats since for almost 3 years. My nemesis here in B.C. has been blackberry thorns. Now I just pull them out and carry on.

I used to get a flat every three weeks and would have to hoof it to be repaired. I have not had a flat in four and a half years. The last one was a four inch long stainless steel finely tapered pointy shaft with a sharpened triangular profile. It must have been some kind of auger tool bit from Hades. That happened at night in Winter For me my nemesis is glass. For some unknown reason, homeless get a kick from smashing bottles on bike trails.

Here is the bike. Post images in context or it didn't happen.

Hello John and welcome to the forum! I'm new to the forum and e-bikes also. You've had some time with the bike, so how do you like it? And let's see it all together!

The reflector on my seat bag was originally attached to the seat post. I jury rigged it to the bag with velcro.

You can use flatout if you’re worried about punctures. It goes in the tube itself and makes a seal around any leakage

Hello John and welcome to e-biking crowd. I suspect you will love it. My advice start slow and with short rides. Try to ride every day and thinking about it doesn't count. Yes you will have sore legs and butt too. Probably the thing you will want to change may be the seat but it may be fine just fine. I would not ride with our a rear view mirror. Before you change anything and add a bunch of stuff wait till you are sure you need and want it.

All sound advice. I have been riding about 5 days a week so far. I don't go too fast because I feel a little unsure of myself, especially when kicking off from a stop and turning sharply. But I am enjoying myself.

I had some Tannus inserts installed yesterday. But I also have a patch kit (no idea how to use it) and a battery-powered pump. What can stop me? :)
