Help Watt Wagons Out On Google Reviews

I feel bad when I see a 1 star review for Pushkar and a company that has moved Ebiking forward with innovative designs.
He had some really bad COVID supply chain growing pains but that should not define his company.
If you have a Watt Wagon Ebike and you are happy with it, please write up a good review with a higher star rating.
I personally don't have one, so I really shouldn't put one up.

not many delivered. I'm just curious of the new innovations because I don't read every post.

I'll consider writing a review once all of my issues have been resolved, as of yet I'm still waiting for an Innotrace account, a refund on my missing tail light, that $150 credit that was promised if my bike wasn't delivered within a month of announcement (some time back in Sept I think), and basically no comment on the chainstay damage that was sustained as my bike was set up from the factory. I'm also still a bit disappointed with the suspension swaps on my bike, I ordered all DVO and received an SR Suntour fork ($300 cheaper) and Manitou Mara shock (the Manitou seems like a fine swap, similarly priced but the DVO has an external reservoir). My Magura MT5E brakes are not wired into the motor controller, which is annoying but not a deal breaker.

The chain skipping and chain slap issues I was able to resolve by spacing the chainring and upgrading my derailleur with an extended cage, something that probably should have been done from the factory. I still get a skip every once in a while in the highest gear if I'm climbing a steep hill with high assist, something I shouldn't do in the first place lol.

Yeah I didn't want another negative write up, Pushkar really needs to get those refunds happening faster than in the past, it's a lot of money hung up for people.
When requesting an immediate refund for delayed goods not in transit, proper business acumen is a response acknowledgement that should be the same day(8 business hours CST), with the monetary posting happening within three business days.
That's what I do for my in house account customers, ghosting people and delaying refunds makes them nervous and unhappy and they talk and post online about it.
What we can't do is say you will get your refund once we resell it. If he that strapped for cash every cancelled order should be posted on EBR for immediate sale, maybe at a deal to get recouped faster.
I am sure people on EBR waiting, some for months, might want their new Ebike sooner and at a better price.

This would have driven me nuts, and in fact did a bit reading about it while awaiting delivery recently of a Z1 based on a DengFu frame also.

However other than a little initial tweaking in the stand and a bit of cable stretch after the first few rides all has settled in nicely with crisp one at a time shifts, I don't try for more than that as I am deft at anticipating shifts from years of experience in being kind to drive chains.....The one thing I did out of the box though was to install a 12spd Grip Shifter as is my preference.

No visible/audible interference with the chainstay, although I have added protective 3M film to that area in question as a preventative measure as I have always done, and certainly no skipping in the high cogs.

We're pushing an extra 1000 watts through the drivetrain compared to the Z1, though. Can't really compare the two for tooth skipping issues.

Good for you. I guess the lowly 1440w's I have access to is enough to keep me happy. In fact half of that is more my speed, and desired distance goals......

I'm not bragging. The drivetrain and battery can't actually handle 2600W peak. I'm detuning to 1500W continuous (~2300W peak).

It's a difficult thing. If the Helios project reached delivery with few delays, he'd likely have quite a few glowing reviews. The 1-star negative review for having refunds delayed I can't necessarily agree with - people knew they were getting into a pre-funding/kickstarter type setup for a bike that was just in the theorizing and design phase early on, and the money was indeed tied up into parts that they prepaid for. For the price, that money was indeed tied up into parts (savings thousands off expected retail). 1-star should be reserved for those that completely try to screw over the customer imo. I'd understand a 2 star for the gaps in communicaiton during the whole ordeal, and maybe a 3 star after the next-gen Helios is delivered, if no other issues are experienced.

If there were issues, but the company resolved them, then that is another reason for something greater than a 1-star. There's a reason that there are ratings available between a binary 1 and 5

I can't leave any review as I'm one person that still has 100% of their money tied up into the Helios preorder since spring 2020.
