Don't have names for modes - just lights.... I do use different modes of support (1-5), but Auto seems safer when on busy road - I need all my concentration for the traffic.@Indira, and afterthought. If your Entour behaves perfectly and you feel adequate pedalling support in Auto mode, don't use the RideControl App. Now I can remember the software update made my Auto mode hopeless...
Yes, they are. It is an Austrian brand, a good one I think. Is KTM available there??
Oh, yes, and hopefully there is a good post-sales service (in which I doubt).belt drive
Well, not sure if there is a protocol for that- for now I can only rely on RideControl ONE and its indicators. There are 5 lights indicating full batterie - yesterday I rode 51 km, with 250 m elevation gain, for 3h11min duration altogether. Most of the time I was in AUTO mode, just for some short periods in MAX support. After the ride there where 3 lights left. It took less than 2 hours to charge fully again.
How does that sound? Do you think I should empty the batterie more before charging?
I guess and hope when I install and run the app on my mobile and connect with RideControl, that I will be able to be more scientific about battery use(RTFM sais: Connected with the Giant E-bike app, the RideControl ONE features a variety of functions such as motor tuning, fitness data and navigation).

Now, Anita will wait till the SpringWow! Pretty bike.
Many great miles and smiles to Anita.
Now of course she needs some great accessories. As any modern woman knows, it the accessories that complete the "outfit".![]()
dang that front fender really looks like it would keep the tire from spitting water at the motor. Not good for a off road ride but looks like it might work well for some pavement rides. Looks like a very nice ride for it intended use. After a year of deliberation, my friend Anita bought a brand new Como 5.0 (EU version) at Specialized WarsawUS$5050 discounted price after tax
