How many of the different brand name of E bike batteries have a Hailong type connect plugs for their battery's?

Any other brand names??

That's hard to believe, not one other brand name of bikes uses the Hailong type battery plug, out of 130 views.

Today, hailong style batteies come on inexpensive brands like Ancheer, Anout 7-8 years ago, Lunacycle sold them because they were the newest thing for DIY builders, but the first models took on water and those contacts would corrode, There must ``be a dozen variants of downtube `mounted` batteries today, but most ebikes prefer batteries that go inside the frame, rather than the aftermarket look of an external pack.,

Those contacts are used as components in other batteries, usually in places where they are protected from water, etc.

Grin Tech in Vancouver carries a line of Hailong style 4 prong batteries. Not sure who manufactures them for Grin but in my experience, all are quality builds.

Yes, this type of connector is subject to corrosion when exposed to moisture. I use these vinly caps to protect them when the battery isn't in place:

I also use silicone sealer to keep moisture out of the mount housing:
