Would this fit, a BBSHD?

Guys,
I want to build a bike for the better half, she wants to ride, but does not like my heavy weight Wart Hog and Juggs 4 bikes. She want the lightest one possible,
and I have come up with these requirements to fit our trails/back roads around here.

1. Must be a step thru style,
2. Must be a Bafang 750/1000w Mid Drive, BBSHD ??
3. Must have a 48 or 52v battery with Hailong connections, either 4 or 5 pin, I have several of this type of batteries.
4. Must have 26" tires around 2.25 - 3.0" wide tires,
5. Must have a Torque sensor, with a throttle,
6. Should have at least 5 gear shifter/derailleur gearing,
7. Must have fenders,
8. Be light as possible,

I have found this style of bike and the wife likes it,
or this bike,
These bike weighs in at 36 and 34#'s.

I have been doing some research and found out it is possible to have the motor mounted above/in between the the seat/forward tubes, which will have the highest ground clearance possible, with above motor, for this BB forward mounting type of bikes.

Is this information correct? I don't know.

My choice of motors will be this one, as I am kinda familiar with Bafang motors and this one can be programmed/tuned, and don't want a prioritized brand name etc. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BZ863FXT/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=A2SZTSKL3T1TO0&psc=1

I would appreciate your valid thoughts or suggestions on my build.
Tia,
U ever heard of fiido? Usually a not so good rearhub ebike ,but they've one id recommend although sacrifices will half to be made as in wheel size stepthru but there not a high bike to start with let me just give u the specs and makesure u get the correct one as theres a version thats exact but hasnt half the gear anyway fiido m21pro has a torguesensor built into the bottombracket no cadence comes with a 500watt rearhub but in reality with a nonstock display will give u 1480watt with its standard 48volt12amp battery built in to the crossbar trust me when i tell u this version of this bike has no right been on the road but because of duel suspension 20inch fattytires that will fit 3inch naturally 4inch wide is anything but a road bike but theyve tamed it wit there stock items some of these models will say 250watt just to meet EU standards but there so comfy and safe this is the reason there road worthy ive upgraded mine with a 52 amp battery same as yours to sit on top of the crossbarwith its original inside it so no probs with addons yes theres compromises to be had but this rearhub is a carbon inside no plastic gears is meant to be never need manual work but i had to check that out and yes its solid inside but even tho it was sealed i always seal all my motors anyway and it was a good reason to see why youd never haveto grease it etc but everything is fitted tightly together theres no need for lube and as for a bottombracket torguesensor it truly feels like a midmotor it really does but id advise a non stock display to get the most outta it now it is a lil heavy but its also a foldable bike so unless u add a extra battery that it doesn't even need its a excellent option but remember m21pro not m1pro ✌️
