Regardless of reliability, I don't believe either of these motors can deliver enough torque to climb your city hills (30-45 degrees). The Bafabg BBS02 750W motor might be able to do this climb if you are fairly strong.

I've never owned a bike that has a Bafang motor, but the Best Electric Bikes of 2020 reviews named the DOST DROP the best value Commuting Electric Bike. This ebike is equipped with the Bafang BBS02 motor. I don't see the TSDZ2 used in any of the other bikes on this list.

This 5-year old review of the Bafang BBS02 speaks highly of the conversion kit with this motor.
I am sory.Maybe i was wrong in the degrees.It is certainly less.That was my assessment.I can ride there with an ordinary bicycle,buth with a medium effort.

45 degrees, a 1:1 slope, is extraordinarily steep for a street. If you can ride it with a non-powered bike with only medium effort you're either a superman, or it's not 45 degrees. If you are not a superman then I agree with @Thomas Jaszewski that either of your original suggestions for motors can do the job.
 
Thank you for sharing a photo. It is much more modern than I would have thought. It should be possible to fit either a hub motor as the bike likely has more modern 135mm O.L.D., or a mid-drive as it has a "standard" threaded bottom bracket shell. The inclusion of linear pull brakes and aluminum rims is also good.

As mentioned previously, the caveat to fitting a hub motor is that you would have to custom build a wheel, as I doubt anyone offers a hub motor with an ISO 590 rim.
From this i can conclude that it is easier,simpler and cheaper to install a mid -motor.The question is which.250 or 350w?Serbia is not in EU yet,but you never know(although it would be better if it never is).My big dilemma is Bafang or Tongsheng TSDZ2.

Both are as reliable as kit builds. I'd decide based on local access to support. TSDZ2 if you must have torque sensing. I'd purchase the highest wattage. a 350W 36V BBS01B is a 20MPH ebike.

And how does BBS01 behave uphill compared to TSDZ2?I ask you on the forum because you surley know better than the footage from You Tube.

I really am not the right fellow to comment. I personally dislike the TSDZ2 and it can be more difficult to mount on some frames. I support and sell BBSxx series motors and prefer them. We decided not to pursue TSDZ sales. The rider I gave my TSDZ2 bike rides up a very steep bridge ramp across the Mississippi River. It's really a matter of proper use of gears and having a fairly wide range freewheel/cassette.
