I have the basic Intuvia not smart at all, anything smart I’d want I’d get from from my Garmin.
My wife’s Kiox 300 on her MC Mixte Smart System I think is worse from a UX - as others have said, the reliance on phone for “smarts” the $hit implementation of motor immobiliser, the clunky way to sort out navigation- id use my Garmin every time (to be fair I already have the Garmin)

I'm very happy with the Nyon despite the phrenetic on device route generation which seems to be caused by EU HS ebike regulations. Needless to say I use alternatives for that function.
The Kiox unit I originally had on the bike was a great small display and did "what it said on the packet". No surprises or disappointments.
I wouldn't move to the Smart System unless there was a well prooven Nyon equivalent display/controller.
Well I don’t like the phone dependence - maybe that will change. I don’t like the small displays, nor the minimalistic wireless only controls. Maybe these things will change but it looks like to me that it‘s a fundamental different design philosophy - minimalism versus the rich feature orientation of Gen 2.
I know I have two of them on my other bikes, but in the Smart they just came out with … a slightly bigger Kiox. Well if fooferdoggie is accurate maybe eventually I’ll get a Nyon.
