G51 Display Won't Let Me Set Parameters- Shows C 0000 Any Help Appreciated Please!

I just got this Freego DK200 and it has a G51 display. Ebike add says it will go 35 but I need to set the speed in the parameters. I have a copy of the manual and it says to hold + and - together to go to parameters but all I get is a C and 0000.

That appears to require some over ride code which I do not have. Any help appreciated.

I am waiting for response from company but thought you guys might be able to help faster.

Surely you got this taken care of by now, but I found this thread when I had the same issue. The code is 2020, however they do warn you that if you change the settings it will damage the controller. My goal was to change km to mph.

Hi I'm getting the same read out on my bike c 0000 I've tried to contact the customer but no response I thing its a overide code can any1 help with this please

I have a G51 display that I can probably let go in the near future.
I'm putting a Tronix 250R VESC on to replace my controller and I have a Flipsky
V4 Remote - Throttle / Display combination. It is much nicer.

For my G51
I never got asked for any code. In the display parameters you can set MPH higher and then set amps to 20. Configured that way my bike will ride at 27 mph with a 48 v battery.
You can also configure a password and it sounds like whoever had the bike before did that. The bike builder could have done it just to prevent any changes.
So after I have my new setup on I won't need the G51 anymore and someone can probably have it or maybe even trade me something worthless for it.

Like a burned up motor or any broken E-Bike stuff. I use parts and I can fix things too so its not worthless to me. It gives me stuff to do research and testing with at no cost.
You can get the G51 on amazon also. I doubt the amazon display is locked.
