Rohloff Oil Seals! (New, I have 4 (now 3) pairs available) - if you need the seal tool to press them in, you will find it on eBay. I went this route to never repeat the soul-crushing experience of replacing seals at a single 'service center' at a remote location. If you are out-of-warranty, DIY.
