Help! For the life of me I cannot find a way to see my overall km’s on my bike. Even the trek shop has come up empty. The only way I have seen my total. Is by having them plug it in at their shop on the computer. Anyone familiar with the cobi app? I can only access a Tripmeter. Cheers! Any insight will be much appreciated!

When connected to the bike, but before you start a ride, you should see a section of the screen at the bottom. Look for a gear or, if you've updated this year, tap at the bottom right...
Yes, like you, I found the documentation for cobi.bike to be terrible. I actually junked the whole smartphone hub and went to another option.

Hiya. Thanks for taking the time to help. The gear only gives me options to change the units of measure! Not actually what it’s measured! The bike shop said I could switch it to the other system. But that’s about 500 bucks! I miss watching the milestones click over! I recall fondly where I was when I hit my first 1000km, and so on! Frustrating. Overall. I LOVE the bike, it’s the only con I’ve found so far!

Wrong gear! Maybe wrong screen. You want to click around at the bottom of this screen, in the black area. Try the arrow on the right first.

Thanks, I tried that again. Led me to a firmware update, which I did, but still zero sign of where to access the overall odometer!

Hey. Thanks, I tried that and it led me to a firmware update: which I did: but still no sign of an overall odometer! 🤦‍♀️

Do this with your phone near the bike but not IN the mount.

Click on your bikes name in the lower left, you should then be on this screen:

Tap the gear/wrench to go to your bike's details, you should see the odo there.

Blackhand! We are not worthy! Thank you! That totally worked! Crazy the effort it takes to find that! I’ll definitely fill the folks in at my local TREK! Yay! I hated not knowing! Not on the daily, but in general! Thank you so much for taking the time to support! I’m sure this will help more than just me! Cheers!
