So far i’ve upgraded to a 30 amp KT controller and lcd8h, recently wired up a dual battery setup, added my panniers back plus a few other hop ups and comfort items. Next is 3” tyres when the current 4” wear out.

I also change my bike to suit me. I don't like protecting the display when I change a tire or tube, so I deleted it. You have about 8 kg on the back with both battery & geared hub motor back there. I prefer to have that weight on the front, especially when I push the bike out of the garage over the water dam.
I am happy with 2.1" tires at 55 psi, which is the biggest my forks will allow. You will find considerable more pep going from 30 psi rated tires to 60 psi rated.
