Ebike, need some help

Hello.

I need some help , Im searching for a Ebike/longtail
My max price is about 3400 euro's
Im traveling about 35 km ( flat terain ) a day, Sometimes I need to carry a dog( 8 kg ) and a kid ( 5 years old ) at the same time.
I would prefer a mid moter.

Would you go for the yuba or the Elops ?

I think 25 km is a bit slow so I would like to push it abit , With a mid moter its easyer right ?

Well, not a 45 km bike, but I know you can let them run abit faster with some tweaking..
everyone is doing it in the Netherlands so lets say about 30-34 km
