Bafang M400, no power to pedals.

Hi all,

Curious situation;
The bike of my partner doesn’t seem to give power anymore to the pedals when she is riding it. No clear reasons why this suddenly happens.

Discovery;
- display turns on, gives the correct speed. Sensor is working.
- walk assist does work powerful, so motor is spinning.
- battery is charged fully.
- connection verified

What could be the problem?
Are there any other tricks to do diagnostics?
