Another Bike Maker Similar To Frey With Their Rear Triangle

I've brought this up a few times and nobody has an answer so far. Why does Frey do their rear triangle by tying the seat stay and chain stay together as one welded unit? Well, I ran across another bike maker that does it. BMC SpeedFox:

I always find it interesting when you find an 'off-brand' bike that doesn't just look similar to a major known brand, it looks exactly the same.

Happens a lot because a lot of minor brands just buy their frames from generic frame makers. Frey makes frames for several minor brands.
