I'm going to sell it. I'll post it in classified. This posting is to inform as to why. I'm not happy. I don't like the shifting, I feel it is too difficult.
Other than that, it's a nice bike, especially with the upgraded Ergon grips, Redshift ShockStop Suspension Seatpost and the Baramind handlebars plus the new Shimano M8140XT Flat Pedals.
With just a tad over 200 miles, I must consider something else.
If interested, go see the ad in classified.

6/3/2020-Updating this thread, yes, considering selling. I've installed the SRAM AXS system, Baramind handlebars and has the Cirrrus Kinekt seatpost as well as dealer replaced new rear Shimano hub.
Dealer installed new motor about 216 miles ago.
I'm entertaining feelers for offers before I post in classified.

Here is the link to your classified ad... GLWS. ;)

One last try...good for you...you’ve already done so much to set the bike up your way...rooting for u

What is the asking price based on the recently referenced issues...

Well, sad to say, the shifting got back to its bothersome ways as I broke the 700 mile barrier.
That along with the new motor "agitator noise" (see separate posting o that), is making me wonder what the hell is going on.

Trek is/has resolved all items, so relevant or irrelevant as to if or how that may or may not affect the pricing is a non-issue, right? After all, the bike is 6 months old, any deficiencies have been acknowledged and rectified by Trek and they go to bat for the consumer. So like a new car, the bike loses vale the day I take ownership.
I'm open to leaving all as is, the SRAM AXS ($1,000 cost), the Baramind City handlebars, the pedals, the grips, the seat post, everything as it is. They are installing a new front wheel and 2 new tires.
So in reality it's a new bike with 848 miles (216 on new replaced motor).
As configured, $5,600. Take off the AXS and BodyFloat seat post and the pedals (put back stock OEM items) $4,600.
Alternately, I'll accept offers and consider the highest.
I'm in no rush, just tired of it all, very, very tired of never ending everything or just waiting for the next thing.
