In my weekly travels by bike I see this guy that's close in size and shape to the guy in the video, getting his cardio workout in. I see him about 3 times a week and have for about 3 years. That's pre-ebike for me. This guy was one of two guys that passed me on my standard bike every time (the only 2). They don't pass me anymore and haven't since last October, post ebike. I identify with the toaster! I didn't need the video, but enjoyed it very much! Thanks.

This guy is a poser, not a bike rider, I like how he blew his nose at about 1:15 in the video. He probably hasn't been on a real bike since he was 10. Don't worry about him as you are unlikely to see him riding on your local trail anytime soon. A real Tour de France style of rider would have ridden that thing until nothing but burnt ash remained. Stupid video, lol. Those steroid legs seem to give out soon.
