Tero 4 remote handlebar issues

Hi Everyone,

I'm driving Tero 4 for a year now. Having problems with handlebar remote switch connected to TCD. The remote does not accepting "-" switch only when it's pressed hard direct to the motherboard I assume.
Any thoughts or ideas how to deal with this? Appreciate any comments, tnx.

Ask for the handlebar-remote replacement at your Specialized LBS...
