bought two Prodeco Mariners in 2011 - great little bikes but one no longer "powers" (battery is fully charged, but turn the throttle, and nothing happens).
had a noisy front hub years ago that the bike dealer repaired. dealer says Prodeco went out of business, and while he used to have replacement parts, no longer does - so is unable to repair them now.
so am looking for some options - buy an ebike kit to retrofit, maybe something like the Clip? or just use as a plain ol'bike (though peddling a one speed 20" ain't much fun)
read the ebike reviews and saw the folding, Magnum Classic 48
recommended. but went to Magnum site, and doesn't appear that model is be made anymore.
