Hello All,
I bought a demo 2014 KTM Action Plus 27.5. It has about 250 miles on it. I bought it to commute roundtrip 15 miles. The commute is a mixed paved all the way to dirt trail. I'm in the Santa Cruz Mountains commuting to Los Gatos, California. Elevation change is around 750' some of it rather steep.
My serious riding days were in the 80's on a Miyata RidgeRunner for the oldies in this group.
I have put 45 miles on it since I got it. Barely use one "bar" on the battery for the roundtrip commute.
Very nice bike, since it is a hard tail, I am adding a Thrudbuster suspension seat post.
I'll post more if there is interest. I love this bike so far. Since it is from Europe, the top assist speed is about 16 mph, which for my purpose is okay....but it would be better if it wasn't limited.
