No, I couldn’t even find a fuse in there, just a BMS. I’m sending it off to a relatively local battery repair service. I’ve ordered a new 52V battery in the meantime. Expensive but worth it.

I’ve emailed the warranty email address as well as used the online chat portal. I bought my Crosstour in November 2020, received June 2021. Now my battery (52v, 21ah) is completely dead and the charger won’t do anything. I haven’t got a response from Watt Wagons. Any advice?

Honestly I have no idea. I just went with whatever would get me my bike sooner. The only downside Pushkar mentioned is that the bigger tire is a bit wider than the fenders.

My crosstour was originally spec’d with 4” tires, but Pushkar upgraded them to 4.8”. So I know at least those will fit.

Hahah noooo I ordered it at the end of November. Covid delay after delay! But Pushkar made things right every step of the way. I got an upgrade to stamp pedals, kindernay instead of rohloff, Ergon prime seat, 1800 lumen light upgrade, and a 21ah battery upgrade all free of charge. I am SO EXCITED.

I went with the Crosstour because I wanted a titanium frame and a belt drive. Neither are available (yet) on the Hydra. Fingers crossed that it ships soon!!
