E-Horn?

This taillight, brake light, signal light, horn, alarm combo is interesting, too bad it's not in stock.

I find those all over Amazon. I’m sure eBay and others have them as well. Maybe not the exact ones, but they have all the same features. Like this one…

Nice! I think it's a bit overkill for where I ride, could be useful in a bigger city. I can keep up with most of the traffic around town, I use my hand signals and watch my surroundings, just waiting on a bar end mirror to save my neck a bit of strain.

Overkill. You aren’t alone. I commute with street traffic. I got this kit…

…..and hardwired it to my bike. I also added motorcycle type turn signals and wired them into this kit. I use handsignals, as well, for good measure. :)

A bell and mirror were my first accessories I installed. You really have to watch out for yourself, on the street, no one else will.

I was contemplating adding a paintball CO2 cylinder air horn, but it's too damn loud.

Maybe a clown nose would help dampen the sound. It might fit inside the cone.

AirZound makes a similar device that simply uses air. Just inflate it with your bike pump. It’s probably just as loud though.

The horn, from the above kit, is inside the headlight and pretty dinky. I wired in this other horn..

….I think it’s as loud as the the AirZound, but I don’t have to fill it up. Great for when motorists stop in the crosswalk or blocking the intersection.

I wasn't able to upload the pic of the paintball cylinder attached to the horn. The pic I posted is an EcoBlast horn meant for boating, it was filled with air via a bike pump schrader valve to 100psi. (valve is broken now, hence the CO2 mod) I used it when hiking in the back country to warn bears of my presence. I have a pressure regulator that fits paintball CO2 cylinders, which tames the volume if adjusted to a low enough pressure. I like the idea of an electric horn, my Bafang DPC-18 USB outlet has 5v 0.5a, I wonder if there's any compatible horns that would work.

We sell those at the shop. They have different tones. Personally, I wouldn't want a horn that doesn't run off of the main battery.
